LA PUERTA

My initial step with this piece entailed painting with oil colours a wooden board. After I cut it in spirals and I put htem on top of a wooden box. In the center , the door, I places this underneath this way i created 3D effect. My last step was installing the light bulb. This was my second piece of work combining art and light.

EL SHOW DEL ALIEN

This work of art is made 100 % by recylced materials. The box is polystyrene, the head of the alien is made from a child`s toy, the foot being made from the legs of a plastic table. This was actually the first work of art I made using recycled materials. The ilumination from this work creates a warm ambience.

CONVENTO 2080

This work was the one that cost me more effort than normal. First i transformed a small table with wheels so i was able to introduce a lever that allows the platform to rise up and down. Then i ordered a custom glass top to fit. After all that i created the convent 2080 with recycled materials. The convent 2080 goes with outsaying has light. When the platform is lowered you can use it as a table and when its risen up it becomes my work of art.

This is my favorite work, where I infused light in the painting.
After painting the piece symmetrically I placed the plastic ups (de sical) in which each has christmas lights to iluminate.
