MUHAMMAD ALI

Muhammed Ali ( born Cassius Marcellus Clay, Jan. 17. 1942)
Sport : Boxing , Nickname : The Greatest
is an American former professional boxer, generally considered among the greatest heavyweights in the sports history. A controversial and even polorizing figure during his early career, Ali is today widely regarded not only for the skills he disployed in the ring but for the values he exemplified outside of it; religious freedom, racial justice and the triumph of principle over expedience. He is one of the most recongnized sports figures of the last 100 years, crowned "Sportsman of the Century" by Sports Illustrated and "Sports Personality of the Century" by the BBC.

The main idea was to draw a historic sportsman, I thought about some of them like Pele, Michael Schuhmacher, Valentin Rossi, Magic Johnson, Steffi Graf,.... but I finally decided on a loner fighter, (not anyone within a team), someone who depnded only on him/herself, not helped by any machine (Formel I, Moto GP,....) , that is why I chose Muhamed Ali. This work ist the third and the last one of this style by now.
